Our rye flour is sourced from BORSA, a renowned brand from Minoterie Dupuy Couturier in the Loire region of France. This mill is known for its unique patent-pending milling process, which enhances both the nutritional and technological qualities of the flour, giving our bread an exceptional texture and flavor.

How to store it?
