RETURN POLICY

All of our breads are baked fresh to order. Because they are perishable food items, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned once baking has begun or the order has shipped.
Please make sure to review your order details and chosen pickup or shipping option carefully before completing checkout.
🚚 Shipping
All shipments are sent via FedEx. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can follow its delivery in real time.
If your order arrives damaged or lost, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. We’ll be happy to assist you in opening a claim with FedEx.
🎪 Farmers Market Pick-Up
To avoid shipping fees, you can select one of our Farmers Market pickup options at checkout, including Silver Lake Farmers Market (Tuesdays, 1–7 PM & Saturdays, 9-2AM, Brentwood Farmers Market (Sundays, 9-2PM), La Canada Farmers Market (Saturdays, 9-1PM), Malibu Farmers Market (Sundays, 9-2PM) and others listed on our website.

Because all breads are made to order, no returns or exchanges are accepted once production has started.

Taste or texture preferences are not grounds for a refund or exchange.

Refunds will only be issued in the case of a verified shipping error or defective product.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please Note
● Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
● If the item cannot be returned, proof of purchase and photographic proof of the defective product must be provided via email or post.
● Refunds will not be issued if the product isn't deemed defective after inspection and/or if the customer dislikes the taste, texture or size of product they have purchased.
