This bread is made with a base of pure buckwheat flour, naturally leavened with a rice levain starter that we prepare ourselves, ensuring a perfect balance of flavors and textures.

The pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and caraway seeds add a delightful crunch and extra layer of flavor to this rustic bread. Pumpkin and sunflower seeds bring a subtle nutty sweetness, while the caraway seeds add a hint of spice and a distinctive herbal note. As always, our bread is made from the finest French-grown flours, with no additives or enhancers—just pure, natural ingredients. How to store it?

Store in a cool dry place, into a refrigerator or a wine cellar. You can freeze it and take one slice out at a time. Toast the slices (still frozen) in the toaster and enjoy!
