Made with BORSA rye flour, sourced from the renowned Minoterie Dupuy Couturier in the Loire, our bread is naturally leavened with a traditional rye levain starter—no additives, no enhancers—just pure, wholesome ingredients. The addition of carefully selected raisins adds a sweet, fruity note, perfectly complementing the deep, nutty flavors of the rye.
